Auto Fill Delivery

With the “Autofill” program we keep an eye on your gas usage with a tank monitor assuring peace of mind and preventing out of gas situations and the associated costs and safety concerns.  Our integrated technology allows us to schedule automatic fill ups when needed. Additionally, our staff monitors forecasted weather conditions to make sure you are never caught by surprise. You also have the ability to see your tank level remotely via an app. This is a great option for vacation homes or any situation where usage is sporadic or irregular such as for generators or swimming pools. Tank Lease Delivery

​For customers who wish to have complete customer service and care with minimal investment required our Tank Lease plan is a great option! We have different tank sizes available to assure that your needs are met. A tank monitor is included with the lease at no additional charge. An agreement is required to lease tanks. EZ Pay Plan Delivery

Where payment flexibility is needed or you prefer to spread your costs over time, consider the EZ Pay Plan. We also partner with LIHEAP making those services available for our customers who qualify. Will Call Delivery

Many of our customers like the convenience of our automatic delivery service. However, if you prefer to monitor your own propane tank levels, or have variable usage not dependent on weather, Smucker Propane is ready and able to deliver for you when you call in!

If you prefer to call us with your order, that’s fine. Just remember a few important points:

 

• While we can make some deliveries within a day in cases of extreme emergency, it is always best to give us at least 3-4 business days’ notice.

• Call when your tank is at the 25% level.

• Check your gauge regularly, more frequently in cold weather.

 

We suggest giving us even more notice if there is a storm coming or we’re in a prolonged period of colder weather, this helps to assure timely delivery.

Pre Buy

If you wish to establish a known cost for your propane, avoid the potential winter price spikes and lock in both volume and price for the winter season the Pre Buy option is for you.
